Exhibition
As the largest European conference on simulation in the field of production and logistics, the ASIM conference “Simulation in Produktion und Logistik” provides an overview of future-oriented trends, current developments and successful projects every two years. Scientific work and interesting applications from industry are presented and discussed.
Take the opportunity to present your company or institute with a booth. The conference's exhibition provides an overview of the current status of simulation tools and associated software as well as current research and services in the field of simulation.
Options for exhibitors and rates
There are different options with different booth-sizes available (gold, silver, bronze). All are located in the catering area to enable interaction with participants and potential customers. The floor plan gives an overview.
Following rates apply (excl. VAT):

All rates are subject to VAT. Do not hesitate contacting us to discuss individual ideas and plans. Additional exhibitor space is available on request. Exhibitors with a contribution of at least € 1.000 can give a presentation of max. 90 minutes (e.g. tutorial, user group meeting or similar) If desired, please contact the conference organisation team by 24th September 2025.
