Paper Submission
Two-stage process
Users, providers and scientists are asked to submit an exposé. This as a basis, a full-paper is requested and reviewed. Publications will be open access with a persistent identifier (e.g. DOI).
Contributions without a full-paper for presentation at the conference are also welcome.The decision on acceptance is made on the basis of the exposé. Please consider reference guide and templates (german).

Submissions are to be made online via the conference management tool ConfTool in German or English. At least one person per accepted paper has to register for the conference and present the topic. All information can be found in the Call for Papers (PDF, German).
Registration, participation
Registration for participation is to be made online via the conference management tool ConfTool. You will also find the conditions of participation there.
The participation fees listed below apply for the entire event. They include access to the presentations, the exhibition and all full-papers as well as lunch, refreshments with snacks during breaks, a get-together and an evening event.

University members get a 40 % discount on the final rate. The participation fee is per person and includes VAT.
Upon request and optional a printed version of the conference proceedings can be ordered for an additional fee of € 50.00.
